Jag kanske inte borde skriva nu, eftersom jag har ganska bråttom, men jag vill skriva ut det.. Jag såg Eclipse igår, vid midnattsvisningen och det förvånade mig hur fåtal "yngre" där var. Åldersgränsen låg på 11 men där var allt fler över 16 kan jag ju säga.. Ändå var stämningen rätt. Inget skrik eller liknande, utan skratt under skämten och tårar vid de vackraste scenerna.. och applåder.
Vad kan jag säga om Eclipse?
Filmen har verkligen kommit från boken ..
Regissören David Slade är nog den enda som verkligen prickat rätt. Det är kanske konstigt och säga eftersom det känns så varenda gång efter att man sett någon av dem filmerna för första gången, men det märks verkligen hur känslan är annorlunda. Skådespelarnas förhållande till sina karaktärer stärker så mycket i saker som inte sägs..
Hah, se på mig .. Jag sitter här och försöker finna ord, men jag får inte fram det riktigt.. Det är inte vanligt att jag är fåordig och det är konstigt eftersom jag har så mycket att säga, men .. efter att jag kom ut från biografen igår och hörde en massa negativa kommentarer om hur "den var okej" eller att folk somna, eller folk som bara höll på med "edward är så ful".. så föll det inte mig i intresse att diskutera det med andra människor. Så jag gick idag också, ensam, för att min instinkt sa åt mig att göra det.
Jag har varit väldigt .. numm.. den senaste tiden. Haft svårt för att känna att jag varit riktigt lycklig .. undrat över om livet bara är .. normalt. Och när jag såg Eclipse så lyckades den oklanderligt gripa tag i de känslorna som döljt sig en tid och drog ut dem. Jag skrattade, höll andan och tårarna brände bakom ögonlocken vid några få men bättre tillfällen.. Adrenalinet låg högt och man slappnade av av lycka. Det fanns så många olika emotionella senarion. Så mycket som de andra filmerna kanske inte riktigt fått med eller saker som äntligen får publiken att förstå.. Lyckan, kärleken, svartsjukan, sveken, lidandet, förnekelsen, accepterandet, rädslan, ilskan, manipulationen, förvirrandet, förvånandet, modet.. styrkan. Många anser att twilighfilmerna har gjorts för den yngre publiken som fastnar för de vackra skådespelarna, men för vissa är det historien som är viktig.. och nej, filmerna är inte böckerna, det är mycket som fattas, men dem har blivit det bästa ur boken.. så bra som de kan bli kanske man kan säga. Jag hade höga förväntningar på Eclipse, men fann mig själv väldigt överraskad och hörde hur jag sa till mig att det var en fantastisk film .. vilket jag aldrig sagt gällande någon av dem filmerna förut.
Det gick fort.. kanske för fort vid vissa tillfällen, men den ena scenen fulländade på något sätt den andra. Och filmens början fulländar verkligen sitt slut, med två olika svar och nästan.. två olika människor. med styrka. Och man förstod att Bella ... funnit den hon är.

I just got back from seeing Eclipse.. and while I agree it wasn't perfect, I thought it was the best of the three, and I LOVED IT!!!
I have always gone into these movies with the idea that it is an interpretation of the books. I would LOVE if they could just act out every scene as is directly from the books, using the same dialogue, but obvi that isn't possible. But they brought the best of the books to life.
I thought the opening scene was a great set up to what was going on in Seattle, and it showed you how Riley was created. I loved how it cut right to the "Eclipse" and then went on to the meadow, which was so romantic. I just felt like there was so much more emotion in this movie. E and B actually seemed in love,. They talked to each other. Edward seemed totally in love and devoted. I love Robert pattinson in this one! The Leg hitch/proposal blew me away.I cried with a huge smile on my face and I nearly jumped out of my seat when Bella finally said yes. The audience clapped, which made it only better. It was just perfect, and sooooo romantic. I loved how they hugged at the end, and Bella seemed happy and excited, like she eventually was in the book about the whole marriage thing. oh, I can't stop thinking about that scene!!
The tent scene I thought was spot on. Maybe a bit fast it to, but it stays very close and true to what is in the book. I didn't like how Bella or Edward reacted after B kisses Jacob for the second time. She didn't seem guilty enough, and it was almost like it was brushed over but roberts eyes said everything.. Like he had been betrayed but like he.. accepted it. More like he was afraid then angry.. and then it just blew over and "It started".. Those of you who has read the books knows what I mean.. The action scenes were awesome... from the cullens chasing Victoria in the beginning, to the final fight. Edward was so bad ass in his show down with Victoria and Riley! I loved it. The werewolfs was amasingly done, they were HUGE and almost looked real.. And their sounds, they gave me goosebumps everytime they growled. Everything was just perfectly done - the werewolves, the cullens, the newborns, victorias manipulation over riley.. It was just SPOT ON! Oh, and the flashbacks for Jasper and Rosalie were ... perfect. So much emotions, a bit fast but included everything that needed to be said. It's wierd but I could feel every emtion Jasper and Rosalie had in their stories.. as with the packs histories, Billy has a powerful voice and your just waiting for something to happen while he speaks.. Which reminds me of the scene where Jake gets hurt.. I'm not a huge fan of Jacob, but seeing him brake.. scream .. and then in a bed, sweaty and hurt, it almost made me cry.. and Bellas and Jakes connetion is great.. The movies is a bit to much team jacob, but nothing I put any energy on..
Overall, I think this movie captures the emotion of the books. They have really considered what is important and cought the emotions of it. Edward is finally what I have been waiting to see... romantic, devoted, funny and all of that. And Bellas confusion finally comes out and she accepts that she has to find herself.. and she goes a long way until she's there. But she gets there, and we get to follow it during Eclipse.. I did have some problems with the pacing. As people have mentioned it seemed a tad jumpy... one scene to the next, with many of them not seeming to last long enough. But all in all .. Best one yet. Go see it.
So there ya go... I am def going to see it again... probably a few more times!)
